He is currently Global Head IT Infrastructure of the financial unit (20 bn EUR Revenue, 12.000 employees).
Before this position, he was 5 years in China as CIO Mercedes-Benz China Aftersales Passenger Cars and Trucks as well as CIO Mercedes Benz Taiwan and Hong Kong. In this position, he was in charge of Development and Operation of local / global Sales & Aftersales Applications as well as leading all IT Innovations at Mercedes-Benz China.
Joerg is the advisory board member of 2 startups and supports a Tech Consultancy. He is active on Linkedin with >600.000 Followers and rated as Germany’s Nr 1 Linkedin Tech Influencer. He is the publisher of a weekly AI Newsletter with over 80.000 subscribers.

Luca Beltramino is Direttore della Divisione Data Center at Rai Way SPA. The project includes 18 Edge Data Centers and a Hyperscale Data Center in Rome. This will provide large national DC capacity and the ability to process data closer to end users. Rai Way employs 600+ people.
Luca is also President and Co-Founder of Ge-DIX, Genova Data Internet Exchange and Vice President and Co-Founder of IDA Italian Datacenter Association.
In the past, he was Chief Datacenter Officer at Rai Way, Senior Vice President Global of Uptime Institute, Managing Director of SUPERNAP/Stack, Managing Director of TelecityGroup Italia, Managing Director of Equinix Italia, Managing Director of Interxion/DLR Italia.
Luca Co-founded the OPEN HUB MED, has held and holds Non Executive Director roles in the Cloud, High Tech and Data Center sectors.

Phillip Koblence is a strategic executive and thought leader in the data center and network space. He co-founded NYI (www.nyi.net) in 1996 and has successfully navigated through an ever-shifting infrastructure landscape, growing the company from a single data center in Lower Manhattan to a robust network with executional capabilities in key national and international markets. His leadership, focus on customer experience, and ability to cut through complexity and hype, has positioned NYI as an industry leader in high-touch infrastructure solutions. Phillip is also CEO of Critical Ventures, a consulting agency offering a range of services to help clients, owners and investors optimize the value of critical infrastructure assets.
Phillip sits on the DE-CIX North America Advisory Board as well as on the Board of OIX (formerly Open-IX). Phillip is Co-Founder of the Nomad Futurist Foundation and Podcast, designed to demystify the world of critical infrastructure and inspire younger generations to join the industry. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been profiled by Data Center Knowledge, TheWHIR, MSPMentor, and NJ BIZ. He has an engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
Marco Giletta is Vice President at Oracle, responsible for Business Applications in Continental Europe within the Mid-Market segment. Together with his sales team, Marco supports the digital transformation of client companies, with a particular focus on cloud applications and AI adoption. Prior to his current role, Marco led the Strategic Clients Group in Italy, with full responsibility for Oracle’s portfolio for those major accounts.
Before joining Oracle, Marco gained extensive experience in leading multinational IT companies (IBM, HP, SAP, Microsoft), holding positions of increasing responsibility both in Italy and abroad. He began his career in management consulting, first at Arthur Andersen and later at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Marco holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi and 2 university degrees (in Economics and Political Science).
Marco Berlinguer is an Italian researcher and journalist. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, a master’s degree in Information and Knowledge Society and a PhD in Public Policy and Social Transformations. He is an expert on digital commons, open source software and European digital policies. He has worked as a journalist, researcher and research director at several organizations. He was one of the founders and for ten years director of the Italian branch of the European political Foundation Transform!. Since 2012 he has moved to Barcelona, where he has worked with several organizations, including for many years with the Institute for Government and Public policy (IGOP) and has taught at the Catalan School of Cine and Audiovisual and other universities. In 2024 he has began a collaboration as senior researcher at CSIL-Milan. He is a member of the Awards Committee of the Smart City World Congress and member of the European Task Force on Digital Commons.
